Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation
Program:
The Necho
Allen
The Necho Allen is a sixty five (65) unit elderly complex
rehabilitated through the Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation
Program. Tenants pay 30% of adjusted monthly income
directly to the owner. The Authority subsidizes the
remaining portion and administers the Housing Assistance
payments contract. All units are one bedroom with six
being accessible to the
handicapped. |
